Income Verification

Salaried/Hourly Employees:


Borrower/Co-Borrower's copies of 2006 and 2007 W-2's


Borrower/Co-Borrower's copies of most recent on month's pay stubs showing year-to-date earnings

Self Employed/Partnership/Commissioned/Bonuses:


2006 and 2007 Federal Tax Returns with all schedules attached


2006 and 2007 Corporate Tax Returns with all schedules attached


Corporate Year-To-Date Profit and Loss statement with balance sheet

             Deposit Verification


Two most recent months' bank statements on all bank accounts (include all pages)


Two months' copies of statements documenting stocks, bonds, IRA's, CD's, money market's and retirement funds (include all pages)


Source and verification of funds for down payment, deposit, etc. for purchases

            Other Verification


Ratified Sales Contract for purchases – or – purpose of refinance letter


Copy of Divorce Decree or Separation Agreement, if applicable


Copy of Photo Identification


Copy of Rental Leases for investment properties


Hazard Insurance account number and carrier's information


Copy of Title Insurance binder


Copy of Survey (if no changes have been made to the property)


Copy of Landlord names, address and phone number


Copy of Deed to property (for refinances)


Copy of Uniform Residential Loan Application
